Trump Denied Calling Climate Change a Hoax by the Chinese, But He Did

Donald Trump tonight denied saying that climate change is a hoax perpetuated by the Chinese when Hillary Clinton brought it up at the debate tonight.

Except, um:

The concept of global warming was created by and for the Chinese in order to make U.S. manufacturing non-competitive.
