MTG Rails Against Hunter, Threatens Speaker Johnson’s Job and Pushes Great Replacement Theory in Absolute Journey of a Fox Interview
Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) railed against Hunter Biden, threatened fellow Republicans (including House Speaker Mike Johnson) and pushed the Great Replacement Theory in a wild new interview.
Speaking with Fox News anchor Maria Bartiromo on Sunday Morning Futures, Greene sounded off about the shocking moment Wednesday in which Hunter Biden left a House Oversight committee hearing just as she was about to speak.
“I was absolutely shocked that he decided to show up that day, and he looked like a child pitching a temper tantrum when he finally got caught and was going to be in trouble,” Greene said.
That comment kicked off a lengthy rant in which Greene accused Hunter Biden of “trafficking women across state lines,” and claiming Democrats “could only dream of having this kind of evidence against President [Donald] Trump and his family. (Grand juries in New York and Georgia, as well as federal grand juries in Washington and Florida have seen enough evidence to bring four different criminal indictments against Trump encompassing 91 felony counts.
From there, Greene pushed the so-called Great Replacement theory — a theory frequently promoted by White supremacists.
“Democrats are going to bring in millions and millions of illegals and turn them into Democrat voters,” Greene said. “That’s their plan, is to replace Americans with millions and millions of illegal aliens.”
And then, the Georgia congresswoman threatened various Republicans — including, most notably, the House Speaker. Greene told Bartiromo that she would move to oust Johnson from his post if he followed through on a government spending deal which included billions new funding for Ukraine.
“I told Speaker Johnson if he made that deal in exchange for $60 billion for Ukraine, I would vacate the chair,” she said. “And I still stand by those words.”
And finally, Greene warned Senate Republicans not to join with Democrats on a border deal. If they decide to sign on, Greene warned them, “good luck in their primary elections and good luck getting re-elected.”
