‘Doing Shit for Sympathy’: Chris Brown Mocks Singer Over Suicide Attempt
After a well-documented history with violence involving Rihanna in addition to many controversial career moments, Chris Brown isn’t exactly the world’s most likable person. On Tuesday, Brown took to the Twitterverse and decided to get mean and mock a singer who attempted to kill herself earlier this week.
Kehlani, a grammy-nominated R&B singer, posted an Instagram photo yesterday that showed herself in a hospital bed, and a message that implies she just survived a suicide attempt.
For those not familiar with the singer’s personal life, Kehlani has been receiving a lot of online flak lately after posting a photo implying that she was getting back with her old boyfriend, the rapper PartyNextDoor. MTV said that this came as a surprise for some, since Kehlani’s fans understand that she is currently in a relationship with Kyrie Irving, an NBA star who also happens to be friends with Brown.
Kehlani has since deleted her original hospital and PartyNextDoor pictures, but Brown decided to get in on this by throwing out some highly-disparaging tweets about what happened:
Girls be mad at a nigga for fucking around wit bitches but her DMs got more names then the Declaration of Independence. #YEAHIMTHROWINGSHADE
