Donald Trump’s Doctor Gave an Amazing, Insane Interview to NBC News

Remember that absolutely ridiculous letter Donald Trump‘s doctor wrote about what perfect condition he’s in? Well, that doctor gave an interview to NBC News and… wow.

Where to begin.

Well, let’s maybe start with this image NBC News posted of Dr. Harold Bornstein:

Bornstein revealed that not only was he channeling Trump’s language in that letter, but he was rushed for time and he literally wrote the note in the span of five minutes while a limo sent over by the campaign waited outside his office.

He admitted it may have come out a little unclear in that rush (the letter is addressed “To Whom My Concern”).

And then there’s this:

“If elected, Mr. Trump, I can state unequivocally, will be the healthiest individual ever elected to the presidency,” Bornstein wrote.

Asked how he could justify the hyperbole, Bornstein said, “I like that sentence to be quite honest with you and all the rest of them are either sick or dead.”

Bornstein declared, “His health is excellent, especially his mental health… His brain is turned on 24 hours a day”
