Fox’s Howard Kurtz Mocks MSNBC’s ‘Anticipation’ for State of the Union

Fox’s Howard Kurtz took a shot on Twitter today at MSNBC for its breathless “anticipation” of President Obama‘s State of the Union tonight:

MSNBC has a countdown clock for State of the Union. Is the anticipation that great?

Now, in fairness, the State of the Union is like the Super Bowl for political junkies (except without the ads, the best part), so perhaps it’s easy to understand people hyping it up a bit.
