Hillary Jabs at Trump Over Birtherism at Campaign Event With Obama

President Obama finally joined Hillary Clinton on the campaign trail today in North Carolina, and it didn’t take long for Clinton to get in a swipe at her Republican rival.

Clinton praised Obama as a friend she’s been “honored to stand with” and called him “someone who has never forgotten where he came from.”

She added, “And Donald, if you’re out there tweeting, it’s Hawaii.” (Trump, of course, is an infamous birther.)

Obama sat behind Clinton as she spoke at the podium with the presidential seal on it––interesting optics, no doubt, especially today.
