‘How is This Real?’: People Are Finding it Hard to Make Sense of CNN’s Insane Dennis Rodman Interview

During CNN’s coverage of the North Korea Summit between President Donald Trump and Kim Jong Un, host Chris Cuomo took a moment to interview NBA star Dennis Rodman, who obviously is famous friends with both leaders.
Naturally, the internet had something to say about that.
First, a flashback tweet.
Just four years after this tweet Trump is our president meeting with North Korea while Rodman is at the summit as CNN’s Trump/Kim expert as he shamelessly plugs a cryptocurrency for weed.
How is this real? https://t.co/b0DBK70aNb

This is the tweet that Jordan is quoting:
Dennis Rodman was either drunk or on drugs (delusional) when he said I wanted to go to North Korea with him. Glad I fired him on Apprentice!

The reactions, though…

Dennis Rodman going to North Korea and BFFing Kim Jong Un is like one of those weird things that doesn’t seem part of the plot in the movie but ties everything together in the end

We have crying Rodman already.
What more do you need? Nuclear powered Kias?— StanleyFosha (@stanleyfosha) June 12, 2018
Fair.

“Lebron never elevated one of his teammates to nuclear summit negotiator status.”

Sorry but BWA HA HA HA true.

Also
LeBron may be near Jordan but neither of them have brought a dictator to a sitting US president #rodman

And of course, we should close with proof that we live in the matrix.
If Dennis Rodman and Donald Trump bring peace to the Korean Peninsula, I think you have a compelling proof of Musk’s simulation theory, at the very least.

There is not much to add. This is a thing that happened. It … happened.
