Limbaugh Tears into ‘Low-Rent Character’ Springsteen for Making Fun of Christie with Fallon
Bruce Springsteen joined Jimmy Fallon Tuesday night for a “Born to Run” parody about “BridgeGate,” but Rush Limbaugh didn’t find anything amusing about it, instead going after Springsteen for being so willing to mock the governor, a man who has said time and again he is such a huge Springsteen fan.
Limbaugh was bothered that Springsteen had the nerve to mock and deride such a big fan of his just because he’s a Republican. To Limbaugh, the only people viewed as real fans of artists and celebrities like Springsteen can’t possibly be conservative.
Limbaugh concluded, “And here is the guy who brought him to tears by talking to him making fun of him on a late night comedy show. That is really––you talk about low rent character.”
