Ohio Bartender Indicted for Allegedly Planning to Poison ‘Devil’ Boehner
Ohio bartender Michael Hoyt was indicted last week over allegations that he was attempting to poison and kill House Speaker John Boehner, who he thinks is the devil.
According to WCPO, Hoyt was a bartender at an Ohio country club attended by Boehner, and called the police back in October, after he was fired from his job, talking about how evil and horrible and mean Boehner is. He said there were plenty of times he could have poisoned Boehner by slipping something into his drink, which he had considered, and Hoyt even went so far as to email Boehner’s wife a day before he called the cops.
And then there’s this lunacy:
“Hoyt told the officer he was Jesus Christ and he was going to kill Boehner because Boehner was mean to him at the country club and because Boehner is responsible for Ebola,” United States Capitol Police (USCP) Special Agent Christopher M. Desrosiers said. “Hoyt advised he had a loaded Beretta .380 automatic and he was going to shoot Boehner and take off.”
Hoyt’s also convinced that Boehner got him fired. And before you ask, he was “treated for a psychotic episode about two years ago” and was taking medication, but stopped months ago.
