Rep. Barney Frank To Marry In Massachusetts

Good news for Massachusetts Rep. Barney Frank: CNN has confirmed that the former chairman of the House Financial Services Committee will marry his partner, Jim Ready, in Massachusetts. Wikipedia describes Ready as a “surfing enthusiast” whom Frank met during a gay political fundraiser in Maine.

Frank was the first member of the House to come out, back in 1987.
