WATCH: Detroit Squatters Initiate Food Fight with Local News Reporter

When Detroit reporter Ronnie Dahl went to cover a story about squatters refusing to leave their house, she probably didn’t expect it to end with food in the face, but that’s exactly what happened, as the squatters were upset by Dahl confronting them so they threw food at her and drove off.

Dahl kept the pressure on, going to their home a number of times (and got threatened that they would shoot her), before they were eventually evicted. When Dahl went to confront them, they threw soda at her and drove off. They came around again with a bottle of barbecue sauce, but Dahl didn’t get pelted with it.

This was all in the report Dahl filed, but when it cut back to her live outside the home, the squatters were there, in the car, with the barbecue sauce. Dahl warned them not to try anything funny on live TV.
