As Crowd Chants ‘Lock Her Up,’ Trump Says ‘She Deleted The Emails. She Has To Go To Jail’

During his second Florida rally of the day, this one in Lakeland, Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump touched on a number of subjects, such as his feelings about Republican leadership, his dealings with Russia and his belief that the Commission on Presidential Debates is rigged.

However, he saved most of his best riffs for his opponent, Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton. At one point, with the crowd cheering him on, he decided to go after Clinton on her deleted emails, a favorite portion of his stump speech.

Yep. He said Hillary “has to go to jail” while his supporters chanted “lock her up!” Beyond that, he also said that her lawyers have to be put in jail too, mentioning Clinton deleted the emails after receiving a subpoena. (He brought this up at the last debate.)

Later on in his speech. Trump would state that the “women in this country want what I’m saying.”

MSNBC’s Katy Tur tweeted a picture of the real estate mogul kissing a ‘Women for Trump’ sign from that part of the rally.
