Kilmeade Shoots Down Doocy’s Claim Flynn Memo Shows No Collusion: It’s All ‘Redacted!’

Slide 2: Fox & Friends is reportedly President Donald Trump’s favorite program in large part to their favorable coverage of the Trump administration.

Slide 3: What follows is an example of Fox & Friends coverage that makes it so popular in the White House and across this great nation.

Slide 4: Special Counsel Robert Mueller is looking into alleged collusion between the Trump campaign and Russian interference in the 2016 General Election, an investigation that Fox & Friends has been skeptical of.

Slide 5: Mueller recently released a sentencing memo for former Trump administration NSA Michael Flynn that recommended no prison time — because of his cooperation in three investigations. The document was heavily redacted.

Slide 6: In a Wednesday morning segment on the Tuesday released memo, Fox & Friends co-host Steve Doocy repeatedly emphasized that there was “no collusion” mentioned anywhere in this memo.

Slide 7: Fellow co-host Brian Kilmeade, slightly frustrated, corrects Doocy’s claim. “But Steve, he got it because they claim that he’s cooperated. So what did he say? We don’t know because most of this stuff is redacted!”

Slide 8: Doocy seems to ignore Kilmeade’s correction, doubling down on the “no collusion” claim.

Slide 9: “But there’s no report yet!” Kilmeade noted.
