Alabama Judge Rejects Roy Moore’s Lawsuit to Stop Doug Jones From Becoming Senator

The Circuit Court for Alabama has denied Roy Moore‘s request to delay the official certification of his defeat at the hands of Doug Jones.
Last night, the former state Supreme Court chief justice filed a lawsuit to challenge the results of the special election for the next senator of Alabama. Moore claims to have proof that the election was swung due to major voter fraud, and his spokeswoman recently gave an interview to CNN where she insisted that the chances of no voter fraud were “1 in 15 billion.”
However, the circuit judge of Montgomery County has just announced that they are denying Moore’s request to halt the process.
