Gulf Oil Spill: ‘Top Kill’ Progress Report
The “top kill” plan to plug the oil leak is still proceeding according to plan, but it is still too early to adequately access the success or failure of this most recent strategy to stem the oil leak tide from the blown-out well in the Gulf of Mexico.
