I don’t blame Christie for putting out videos to reach voters. As a Republican, he certainly can’t count on the mainstream media to tell voters what he is doing for them. Christie is vigilantly batting the entrenched interests who are feeding off the public trough, and without his intervention New Jersey would be heading straight to bankruptcy.

But the leftwing press won’t tell you that, since they have been pushing for more and more deficit spending since before any of us were born. They are aligned with the people spending the taxpayers’ money, while Christie is aligned with the taxpayers. So he has no choice but to take his message directly to the people.

Shouting down = telling someone what they don’t want to hear. Sort of like quoting verbatim = smearing. Assuming, in both cases, that you’re a Republican.

Christie got the Dems to go along with him because he called their majority leader and told him he is willing to work with them if he can get (8) or (9) Dem votes. They gave him the votes and he agreed to compromise instead of shoving his B.S. down their throats.
That is why Christie got his budget. The same way as President Obama. A BACK ROOM DEAL!!!

I love this man, he is so gutsy, so self confident & is doing all the right things. Can it be true? Do we FINALLY have a man WORKING for our state? Look, I will comment on some things that others would hold back on, here is a man “grossly overweight” with a face that would make females’ hearts flutter (sorry, Mrs. Christie) & he has this fantastic courage to stand up on that podium with the gift of gab that would make Obama envious. (I can assure you he is not using a teleprompter) Now, you wonder why would I make such a comment..because I am concerned about his health, I remember Mayor Rizzo of Philadelphia many years ago, who was the first on the scene when an officer went down, or if there was any threat to his city (not like some Mayors I know) & he died due to his poor health (eating habits) If Christie can lose the weight (and it does matter, there are already mean jokes about it) he would be able to compete with the best or should I say the REST,, because lately there are no BEST men in government. It’s all about looks & intelligence, I’m sorry to say. He will keep on getting rave reviews regardless of “how” he looks; however the man is handsome, if only he can slow down on the excessive dinners, fast food meals, etc. (I know this will be hard while governing, but think of how this man will look, he’d be a shoo in for the PRESIDENCY! If Obama could win & it was only because McCain was no match..err. well, I hate to say it but..he doesn’t make a good appearance and NOWADAYS looks & age counts. Governor Christie I am speaking to you as your Mom would, lose the weight (or at least some of it) show them that you are not only special on the inside but also on the outside. I know there will be some overweight people who will hate me for this comment but, honestly, weight does matter. If you can accomplish as much as you have utilizing that wonderful speaking ability & sincere attitude that is being conveyed to your public..you can also defeat this weight problem..before..the next presidential election. I guarantee you, you will be our next president. I don’t believe I have hurt your feelings because you are too intelligent & perceptive to take my comments out of context. I adore you, I follow your career as closely as possible since I want the best for our state and,ultimately, for our country. Keep up the good work!
