@Scott_in_MI you play their game when you use their lexicon. O Keefe was never charged with wire tapping nor was there any attempt or intent to wiretap. The presiding judge insisted on dispelling such notions in his written decision. They were charged and pled guilty to “entering a Federal facility on false pretenses.”

O Keefe et al have done nothing different than what folks on 60 Minutes have used to become Democrat folk heroes over the past decades. Or for that matter the government as in the Abscam investigation. You pretend to be someone, dangle wrong doing in front of someone and see how they react to it. In ACORN’s case it became apparent to all save the willfully ignorant that endemically the organization was disturbingly comfortable with wrong doing and in many cases adept in it.
