In her first briefing as White House Press Secretary, Sarah Huckabee Sanders opened by reading a letter written by a 9-year-old named Dylan, whose nickname is apparently “Pickle.”
Pickle is evidently a fan of President Donald Trump‘s, calling him “his favorite president.”
“I dont (sic) now (sic) why people dont (sic) like you,” Pickle wrote. “You seme (sic) nice.”
Twitter couldn’t get enough of Pickle. The young Trump fan was trending after being introduced to the nation via the White House briefing. Here’s a sampling of what the public had to say:
Hewoo President Twump. My name is Dylan Fawrber, but everyone call me Pickle. I am 7 years old and hate the capital gains tax,

Is anyone concerned that Donald Trump wrote a letter to the White House as his 9 year old alter ego “Pickle."
— colbyhall (@colbyhall) July 26, 2017
Several themes emerged in the Tweets. Pickle, in the letter, asked Trump, “Ho (sic) much monny (sic) do you have?” And so some took that as Pickle, like so many, calling for the President to release his tax returns.

I believe that the letter from “Pickle” has proven, once and for all, that Americans–even children–demand to see Trump’s tax returns. https://t.co/ST1P9Az6CG

Pickle flatters, then asks “ho much monny do you have?”

Pickle asks: “How much monny (sic) do you have?”
My take: Even a nine year old knows that Trump should release his tax return. https://t.co/5Zq4ccXBfk

And some are also skeptical that Pickle actually exists.
Hey, quick question: Was this Pickle/Dyland letter mailed?
Because this paper does not look like it’s been folded. pic.twitter.com/Y4rs7t2rDI— Ben Collins (@oneunderscore__) July 26, 2017
