Who was bashing the doctors,nurses and staff @ a UC hospital or at the urgent care services in local neighborhoods???? I was criticizing the MICHELLE OBAMA, VP of a hospital because her ONLY criteria to bus was to bus UNINSURED patients to smaller clinics, (not always local,) and those from the exact same neighborhood sitting in the emergency room with insurance were welcome to sit and stay. It’s called an administrative decision that impacts the bottom line- They could have spent some PR $$$ supporting the local clinics and incorporating the strength of the local staff and doctors available right in their neighborhood but they didn’t. I hope you don’t believe for one moment that Michelle actually felt that she was doing this out of the goodness of heart and doing everyone a favor by implementing this policy. PLEASE

Since you seem to forget this story, this was an EMERGENCY not a referral to a local clinic/insured or not : I doubt the local clinic staffed a plastic surgeon.
