Following her VP acceptance speech at Ted Cruz‘s Indiana rally today, Carly Fiorina appeared on MSNBC and acknowledged her past criticisms of her former GOP rival.

NBC News’ Hallie Jackson said, “One of the things I’ve heard you say on the campaign trail… is that Ted Cruz is like any other politician… Today you said he is who he says he is. So were you wrong?”

Fiorina responded, “Yeah, and that’s why I voted for him in the voting booth.”

She praised him for being a candidate truly standing in opposition to the political establishment.

Fiorina also took a shot at Donald Trump by saying he clearly “has a problem with women.”
