Fox’s Kirsten Powers Rips Obama for Being ‘Largely Silent’ on Christian Slaughter

Fox News’ Kirsten Powers, one of the network’s more liberal voices, is really going after President Obama for staying “largely silent” on the issue of Muslim terrorists slaughtering Christians just because they’re Christians.

In her USA Today column this morning, Powers argued Obama has an obligation to speak out against religious killing, but all he’s done so far is “hectoring Christians about their ancestors’ misdeeds” and trying to provide context to slaughter.

Powers continued ripping the president on The O’Reilly Factor tonight, telling Bill O’Reilly that Obama refuses to “acknowledge what’s actually happening in the Middle East,” and he might occasionally say something, but hasn’t “made this a priority.”

O’Reilly, for his part, doubted Obama would ever admit he was wrong for ignoring or playing down the issue.
