Lewis Black: Glenn Beck Uses More Nazi Imagery Than The History Channel

Glenn Beck got another wild Daily Show treatment last night, this time courtesy of Lewis Black…and the Nazis. Truth be told, this is one of the funniest Daily Show Beck takedowns I’ve seen in a while. The subject: Glenn Beck’s habit of drawing tenuous comparisons between just about everything and Nazi Germany. Said Black: “Glenn Beck has Nazi Tourettes.”

What set Black off was Beck’s heavy-handed criticisms of all the Arizona Hitler analogies that began flying around the media-sphere after the state passed their controversial immigration law last month. Beck did not like it. Oh the irony: “This is a guy that uses more swastika props and video of the Nuremberg rallies than the History Channel! For God’s sake!”

Black than goes through a long list of Hitler analogies Beck has made: “It’s just “Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon,” except there’s just one degree and Kevin Bacon is Hitler.” Black is not the first to make the Kevin Bacon comparison, by the way. How long till someone does a six degrees of Glenn Beck experiment…I think it would make for some strange and entertaining bedfellows. Video below.
