Watch Kesha Bring Grammys to Tears With Emotional #MeToo Performance
Iconic recording artist Kesha has had a tough time of it, being literally banned from making music for nearly two years, after a legal battle with her allegedly abusive producer Lukasz Gottwald, otherwise known as “Dr. Luke.”
Her first performance at the Grammys since finally having her legal matters resolved, though allegations of abuse are still outstanding, brought tears to audience at tonight’s ceremony. She sang a song called “Praying,” with musical icons Cyndi Lauper, Camila Cabello, Julia Michaels, Andre Day and Bebe Rexha by her side.
There wasn’t a dry eye on the house and this seems to have become “the” moment of the Grammys gala thus far.
Glad to have you back, Kesha.
