Wednesday’s horrific shooting at a school church in Minneapolis left two children dead and some 17 injured after a shooter opened fire during morning mass. Authorities later identified the alleged shooter, who died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound at the scene, as 23-year-old Robin Westman.

Images of ammunition and guns with writing on them started to go viral following Westman, who authorities said was born Robert Westman, being named by authorities. Westman wrote explicitly anti-Semitic remarks on the weapons, as well as threats against President Donald Trump.

“Israel must fall,” “Burn Israel,” and “6 million wasn’t enough” – a reference to the Holocaust – were written on some of the weapons and ammunition cartridges.

“Kill Trump Now!” as well as “Kill Donald Trump RIP & TEAR” were also written on the weapons. “Thank God for Breivik” was written on another, a reference to neo-Nazi Anders Behring Breivik, who shot and killed over 70 people in Norway in 2011.

The Anti-Defamation League put out a statement on the images, noting, “Preliminary research by the ADL Center on Extremism confirmed that writings on the guns used by the shooter during today’s attack at the Annunciation Catholic School in Minneapolis include antisemitic and anti-Israel references; praise for mass killers across the ideological spectrum, including white supremacist, anti-Muslim and anti-government extremists; as well as other school shooters.”

“Two notable names were Madison, Wisconsin school shooter Natalie Rupnow and Christchurch mosque shooter Brenton Tarrant,” added the statement.

The FBI put out a statement on Westman, saying, “The FBI is investigating this shooting as an act of domestic terrorism and hate crime targeting Catholics. There were 2 fatalities, an 8-year-old and a 10-year-old. In addition, 14 children and 3 adults were injured. The shooter has been identified as Robin Westman, a male born as Robert Westman.”

Westman also reportedly wrote an extensive manifesto and published a message on YouTube, which was circulating online and contains disturbing images and rhetoric.
