‘Fake, Phony, Feigned Outrage’: Hannity Sets Fire to ‘Media Mob’ For Frenzy Over Biden Bribe Informant Lying to FBI

Fox News host Sean Hannity went ballistic on members of the press for their “feigned outrage” over the revelation this week that a key informant in the Republican case against President Joe Biden was busted for lying to the FBI.

Among the known shady business dealings of Hunter Biden, his time as an unqualified board member with Ukrainian energy company Burisma has been the subject of months and months of speculation and allegation from Republicans, including an alleged bribery scheme that directly involved then vice president Biden.

The FBI informant on whose claim that allegation was based, Alexander Smirnov, has now been indicted for allegedly making it up.

Hannity discussed Sen. Chuck Grassley’s statement detailing how that alleged lie was only revealed through investigation after Grassley made the FD-1023 document public, demonstrating that no effort had previously been made to determine whether or not it was true that Biden took a bribe while vice president.

Hannity transitioned then to the media coverage, destroying them over one-sided outrage about discredited documents by bringing up the Steele dossier and showing an extensive montage of clips from the mainstream press.

“None of the dossier was ever proven to be true. All lies. Was Christopher Steele ever charged? No. I wonder why,” he said. “But that did not stop the media mob. They ran with that story for three long years, peddling lie after lie after lie. Conspiracy theory. Conspiracy theory one after another.”

After the montage, Hannity said, “Now, where is NBC — I understand that they hired Rachel Maddow. She’s America’s chief conspiracy theorist — where’s their apology? Where’s Maddow’s apology?”

“What about Fake News CNN? You know, what about, you know, the media mob?” Hannity added. “And what about their Democratic cohorts? Can they spare us with their fake, phony feigned outrage? They never cared about the truth or veracity of Christopher Steele or his dossier.”

HANNITY: But this is not the first time that the FBI was burned by a trusted source. So is the name Christopher Steele, for example, ring a bell? His so-called Steele dossier, remember? That was the entire basis of the Trump Russia collusion hoax. It was all a complete lie. The dossier, Hillary Clinton’s campaign, they paid for the Steele dossier. Remember, they funneled money, cash through a law firm that hired an OPP research firm that then hired former MI6 agent Christopher Steele. None of the dossier was ever proven to be true. All lies. Was Christopher Steele ever charged? No. I wonder why. But that did not stop the media mob. They ran with that story for three long years, peddling lie after lie after lie. Conspiracy theory. Conspiracy theory one after another. You might remember. Take a look.

HANNITY: Now where is NBC — I understand that they hired Rachel Maddow. She’s America’s chief conspiracy theorist — where’s their apology? Where’s Maddow’s apology? Are they going to issue any corrections? I’m not seeing any today. What about Fake News CNN? You know, what about, you know, the media mob?

And what about their Democratic cohorts? Can they spare us with their fake, phony feigned outrage? They never cared about the truth or veracity of Christopher Steele or his dossier, nor did they apologize after peddling that dossier for nearly three years and pushing conspiracy theory about a conspiracy theory about the Trump Russia collusion hoax.

And there’s still a lot of the Biden family that the Biden family that they need to answer for. One last question. Why have so many in the media mob, why have they ignored the Biden family syndicate story? Millions of dollars from some of our top geopolitical foes: Russia, China, Ukraine, Romania, Kazakhstan, Mexico, and many other countries? Not a peep. Not a word. Why? They are protecting the Biden.

They are the number one contributors to Biden’s reelection campaign. Just like they contributed to his first election run. Just like they protected Hillary Clinton. As James Comey so famously said in July of 2016 after discovering top secret classified information on our servers after discovering 33,000 subpoenaed emails that were erased with something we never heard of called bleach bit and devices destroyed with hammers, and and SIM cards removed. No reasonable prosecutor would prosecute. Unless you’re Donald Trump, then you’re going to get raided.

Now coming up, Joe Biden, by the way, and I’d like the apologies. I’d like the I’d like the same standard applied three years. Layer after layer after layer of lie after lie after lie. No apologies, no corrections, nothing.
