Fox Debate: Megyn Kelly Defends Obama Over Blame For Korean Conflict

 

Television producers take note: the element of surprise is your greatest ally in creating compelling television. Case in point: Conservative commentator Monica Crowley predictably took the position that the real culprit in North Korea’s recent rogue behavior was a “weak” President Obama. Enter America Live host Megyn Kelly, bringing the pain to her guest’s rather obviously and overly political opinion, with sharply punctuated and exasperated “What?!”

Crowley’s point is that “rogue nations” feel emboldened to act in an untoward manner because, in her esteem, Obama has the perception of being a “weak leader.” Kelly comes as close to a face palm as one can get away with on live television, quickly pointing out the real villain in this is North Korean despot Kim Jong Il, and that North Korea behaved badly under George.
