Morning Joe Roasts Trump For Latest Tweets With ‘Twitter Bingo’

Morning Joe‘s Mika Brzezinski and Joe Scarborough were ready to play a bright and early round of bingo Monday, based off President Donald Trump‘s tweets.

Mika read off Trump’s first tweet of the morning, kicking off the fun:

When a car is sent to the United States from China, there is a Tariff to be paid of 2 1/2%. When a car is sent to China from the United States, there is a Tariff to be paid of 25%. Does that sound like free or fair trade. No, it sounds like STUPID TRADE – going on for years!

“Taking a look at our board, we can add a marker on China,” she said.

“We’ll see if we can get a few more markers on the board before the morning is over,” she added. “Definitely through the week. That will be fun.”

Now, Twitter bingo is a good idea, guys, but word to the wise: hedging your bets on Trump tweeting about “Obama” or “Crooked Hillary” at this stage of the game is playing to lose. “China” was a good choice; “Trade” would’ve been even better. “Infrastructure” is a pivot-of-choice for Trump these days, so that would’ve been a strong choice over something more 2016-era Trump like “#MAGA.”

And hate to break it, but the chances are slim that the president will harken back to his heyday and tweet about “Morning Joe.”
