MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow Has Best Ratings In Cable News Friday Night (Among Viewers 25-54)

Cable news ratings, May 27, 2011:

•MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow had the highest-rated show in cable news Friday night in terms of viewers 25-54. Maddow had an average audience of 388,000 viewers in the demo, easily winning the 9 p.m. hour (a Sean Hannity special on Fox News was a distant second with 189,000) and leading all cable news programs. Fox’s Glenn Beck was second, with 356,000.

•HLN’s Nancy Grace continued to see strong ratings with continued coverage of the Casey Anthony trial, hitting 349,000 viewers 25-54 for her 8 p.m. hour, which put Grace in first place and third among cable news programs overall.
