Obama Arrives at Supreme Court to Pay Respects to Scalia
President Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama appeared at the Supreme Court today, where the body of Antonin Scalia is lying in repose, to pay their respects to the iconic justice.
There’s been much controversy this week about the president not attending Scalia’s funeral tomorrow. The White House defended the decision, but there has been an explosion of criticism on the right about his decision.
The president and first lady arrived earlier to stand in silence and pay their respects. Vice President Joe Biden will attend the funeral tomorrow.
