Sean Hannity Thinks Fearful Obama Knows ‘He Is A Political Liability’
Consider this the anti-Bill Maher round table: Sean Hannity‘s “Great American Panel” tackled national security, racism, and the current political climate last night, but the most interesting part of the conversation revolved around Barack Obama‘s decreasing political visibility as the 2010 election season approaches, which Hannity suggested was a product of fear.
After a quick discussion on the Arizona immigration reform in which Hannity, Fox News regular Steven Crowder, Democratic strategist Josh Gottheimer, and Republican strategist Noelle Nikpour took predictable positions (guess who compared the Arizona law to the Nazis?), the panel took on the fact that Obama has been much more modest in coming out to help fellow Democrats campaign for the November elections.
Nikpour suggested that it was a choice from the candidates themselves, suggesting that “the only person that does want him is Alex Giulianas” [she means Illinois Senate candidate Alexi Giannoulias, whose family is having banking problems at the moment]. Crowder disagrees and thinks it’s all political on Obama’s part, pointing out how quickly out the Bill Ayers and Jeremiah Wright got “thrown under the bus.” Hannity’s take was a bit more far-reaching:
“I think Barack Obama is admitting here that he doesn’t have the political juice he once had. I think Barack Obama is admitting that he is a political liability. And I think that Barack Obama is also afraid that when the election results come in in November, he’s going to get blamed.”
