‘Have the Balls to Stand Up!’ Beck Confronts GOP Rep. over Boehner Support

Glenn Beck today confronted Republican Congressman Chris Stewart for his support of John Boehner for speaker. Beck repeatedly emphasized that he and Stewart are friends, but told the congressman he feels it necessary to try and drag him out of the Washington “cesspool.”

Beck and his co-hosts confronted Stewart on a number of issues they feel Boehner betrayed conservatives on. And for all the charges they threw at Boehner, Stewart insisted every one of them is untrue, and denied Beck’s assertion that Boehner is “giving the greenlight to the president” to do whatever he wants.

Beck was flabbergasted with how much Stewart was defending Boehner. He told Stewart, “You’re playing the game. Stop playing the game.” Beck floated Louie Gohmert as an alternative, but Stewart said, “He’s not the person to lead the House right now.”

That really set Beck off. He let Stewart know “I don’t believe you,” and asked, “How many times have you guys had the opportunity to have the balls to stand up and you don’t have it in your underpants?!”
