Lawyer Fights for Your Right to Post Nude Pics (Including His Own)
We all know that just the slightest social media screw-up can end careers. Posting a naked photo of yourself or a not-so-politically correct status update/comment can get you in a world of trouble. Well, Delaware lawyer Brian Zulberti is sitting outside the Supreme Court right now, on a hunger strike, to protest people’s rights to be able to do what they want online without professional consequence.
Even if it kills him.
And that’s not an exaggeration, he actually told The Washington Post he would be willing to die for the publicity, saying, “I will do it for the headline: ‘Attorney Dies, Collapses in Front of the Supreme Court of the United States, Talking About Privacy Issues.’ Or I get the [press]. Either way, the message is out and I’ve won. Can’t lose.”
And Zulberti’s no hypocrite. He’s doing this for everyone, even a New Jersey man who was fired for homophobic comments he made on Facebook. Zulberti himself is gay, but he’s willing to fight for everyone.
Now, you may wonder why he’s particularly passionate about this issue. Well, it turns out that he has a few things in his past that he would like not to have getting in the way of his career. Such as…

In a YouTube video he posted, Zulberti says, “Nobody should have to live in a 24-hour-a-day, seven-day-a-week job interview.”
