Limbaugh: Mark Halperin Apologized for Telling Truth About Obamacare

Journalist Mark Halperin set off a firestorm after agreeing that the long-debated “death panels” are real, only to walk it back two days later. Rush Limbaugh said it’s fairly obvious Halperin was pressured to retract his earlier statements because he accidentally told the truth.

Limbaugh first took note of the policy Halperin seems to have when reporting on elections; namely, that he “learns things that could have impacts on elections but saves them” for books about the election afterwards. Limbaugh went after the Obama administration for walking back its earlier promise that the Obamacare site would be fixed by the end of November.

But what Limbaugh found was more insidious was that the media knew all along that there would be so many problems with Obamacare and covered it up, but now that the Obamacare pile-on has kicked off, Halperin (and plenty others) “has suddenly changed his tune.”
