Soundbite: The NYT Thinks Obama Needs Some Glenn Beck

 

beck-glenn2“It’s true that President Obama has been tirelessly pounding the media pavement, what with flying in to the Big Apple, hugging the guv (awkward!), having a network TV heart-to-heart with David Letterman and talking climate to world leaders at the U.N., all in the past few days. But if he really wants to get his message across, maybe he should just hire Glenn Beck’s publicist. Because, let’s admit it, like it or not, we are having a Glenn Beck moment.”


‘Fringe media’ newspaper The New York Times finally catches on to what we’ve been saying for a while now: Obama needs his own Glenn Beck and to learn how to employ a chalk board when talking about health care. And for those of you who feel like Beck has just popped up out of nowhere, here’s a look at his early day as a talk radio host.
