Protesters near Phoenix have blocked a major highway leading to where Donald Trump will be holding a rally later this afternoon.
Hordes of protesters have effectively shut down the thoroughfare, with actual vehicles stopped to block traffic:

The police have already shown up and are attempting to tow vehicles blocking the highway. They have plastic cuffs out for possible arrests.
