Diamond & Silk Bash Sunny Hostin Over Trump-Biden Comments: ‘Why Hasn’t Someone Taken Her Out Back?’
Fox & Friends has been provided fresh ammunition to wield against its favorite sparring partner, The View — and on Friday brought on pro-Trump vloggers Diamond & Silk to slam the network for its latest controversy.
The View’s Sunny Hostin suggested that she wanted to see someone beat up President Donald Trump on Thursday, in light of his war of words with Former VP Joe Biden.
Fox & Friends, which managed to spin several news cycles out of Joy Behar’s mockery of VP Mike Pence’s faith earlier this month, played a highlight reel of The View’s latest offensive segments.
Co-host Pete Hegseth first asked Diamond & Silk what they thought of Hostin calling for violence — and Diamond & Silk replied by apparently calling for Hostin herself to be beat up.
“I think that Sunny Hostin is advocating violence against a sitting president,” Diamond or Silk said. “So why hasn’t someone taken her out back to talk to her about that?”
“I wish The View would muster up the courage to invite Diamond and Silk on their show to sit on the other end of that table so when they say something dumb or stupid about our president we can get them straight!”
“Sunny Hostin was wrong. Joe Biden started all of this here foolishness here, and don’t think that the president is not going to respond to his foolishness.”
“I think Joe Biden is talking about running for president, well maybe he should run for that border if he doesn’t respect this president.”
Steve Doocy pointed out that View co-host Whoopi Goldberg tried to tamp down Hostin’s comments and move on, before adding that the talk show “has not been supportive of conservatives.”
“No they haven’t, that’s why they need two conservatives like us,” Diamond or Silk said, continuing their apparent bid to get booked on the View. “Not Meghan McCain ’cause she doesn’t know how to talk up for herself.”
“So Diamond and Silk, you are appealing to the producers of The View, if they want to be fair and balanced, they should have the two of you ladies on at least one time?” Doocy asked.
“Must see TV,” Hegseth remarked.
“Every Friday we have them on so you have to tune in,” Ainsley Earhardt concluded the segment.
Before I finish off this post, which was written by the grace of God and a few large Advils, I will make a humble but desperate appeal to the Fox & Friends bookers: please stop booking Diamond & Silk. Please. Think of the country, think of my sanity. Thank you.
