Limbaugh Suggests Citizenship Deal for Illegal Immigrants Where ‘They Can’t Vote for 15-25 Years’

Rush Limbaugh this morning proposed an immigration deal where illegal immigrants are granted citizenship, but with one caveat: they can’t vote.

On Fox News Sunday, Limbaugh was presumably bringing this up as a way of dinging Democrats over how what they really want from legalizing these millions of people is more Democratic voters:

“I would be willing right here to support an effort to grant permanent citizenship to whatever number of illegal immigrants there are in the country tomorrow if you will make as part of the deal they can’t vote for 15 to 25 years. And if people agree to that, I’ll grant them amnesty.”

He added there would be “zero takers” on the Democratic side on that.
