Lyons opens with:

To hear Dan Abrams tell it, the TV business is about to be radically disrupted by the Internet, just as the print media business has been. And he’s dying to be a part of the disruption. “In five years, anyone who is not actively involved in the Web is not in media,” says Abrams, a TV journalist best known as the chief legal analyst on NBC and MSNBC.

Dan, didn’t you get the memo, the media is dead! Your profession has become a joke! You couldn’t stick with reporting the news, you had to manipulate it. I’ll give it to you guys, it worked for quite a while, but the jig is up and NO ONE trusts the media. Well, I stand corrected, they do seem to trust FOX. HM.

You don’t know that. The ratio of posts on this website are 100% down the middle.

The only writer I know of that clearly identifies themselves as a liberal is Colby (and I guess Rachel).

The only writer I know of that clearly identifies himself as conservative is Steve.

And regardless, the nature of the posts are, i think, fair, and they take shots at both MSNBC and Fox.

Newsweek is the print version of MSNBC, if the circulation drops any more, they will cease to exist. You can not cater to a very small minority and expect to make money. The object of news corporations is to make money.
