You gotta wonder if they do it on purpose. Probably not, but here’s Fox News again mislabeling a disgraced (R)epublican as a (D)emocrat. Mark Foley had perhaps one of the more embarrassing political demises of all time when transcripts of his creepy IMs with an underage page became public. Even more awkward? The fact that Florida police officials were looking into prosecuting him under the same laws he helped legislate.

According to MSNBC's Luke Russert, pro-life Democrat Rep. Bart Stupak (D-MI), who held out until the last minute for more restrictive language on federal funding for abortion, was called a "baby-killer" as he spoke on the House floor tonight. The video of the report after the jump.
