BREAKING: Democrats to Hold the House, Expand Majority, Fox News Projects

The Democrats will hold onto their majority in the House of Representatives, the Fox News Decision Desk projected tonight.

The majority — led by Speaker Nancy Pelosi — will grow by at least five seats no matter who the president is by January.
