Fox’s Rachel Campos-Duffy Insists ‘Obama and Valerie Jarret Are Running the Show’ at the Biden White House

Fox & Friends co-host Rachel Campos-Duffy pushed a popular right-wing conspiracy theory that President Joe Biden’s administration is really being run by former President Barack Obama and Valerie Jarrett, and no one argued with her.

While touting the piece in the Wall Street Journal about Biden “showing signs of slipping” criticized for mainly featuring the opinions of House Republicans, the Fox & Friends co-hosts offered up their usual criticism of Biden but let Campos-Duffy interject her baseless claim about Obama and Jarrett:

Steve Doocy: We know that the staff is running the show, and whoever puts the stuff in the teleprompter is actually the President of the United States.

Campos-Duffy: Well, Obama and Valerie Jarrett are running the show from Kalorama. We all know that.

Doocy: I think it’s very telling that TIME Magazine did this piece on him where it revealed, you know, more like what he’s like. But at 9:00 last night, the Wall Street Journal came out with a blockbuster. They talked about, and the headline is “Behind Closed Doors, Biden Shows Signs of Slipping.”

Lawrence Jones: A great piece.

Doocy: Absolutely. And it said right there. “Participants in meeting said the 81-year-old president performed poorly at times. The White House said Biden is sharp and critics are playing politics.”

Campos-Duffy also pushed former President Donald Trump’s request that Biden undergo a drug test before their presidential debates.
