Following the swearing in ceremony for the new Senate earlier today, Vice-President Joe Biden could be heard on a hot mic explaining what he’ll be doing in his post-VP days.
In a clip from C-SPAN, Biden can be heard telling a woman that he wants to “continue his cancer work” and that he’d be working out of the University of Pennsylvania, something that had already been reported.
“It’s not so much about raising money or philanthropy, though there will be some of that, but it’s more about keeping these guys cooperating and changing the culture,” Biden said.
He also told the woman that he’d be “based out of Penn for foreign policy.”
This isn’t the first time Biden’s been nabbed by a hot mic as he was infamously caught telling President Barack Obama that the signing of the Affordable Care Act was a “big f*cking deal.”
