Rush Limbaugh was over the moon today with Donald Trump, praising the hell out of his anti-Hillary Clinton speech and saying that the GOP nominee is saying all the things Limbaugh himself has been saying for years.
And it was cathartic for Limbaugh because, as he argued, no other Republican would have been as willing as Trump to go in on the corrupt culture surrounding the Clintons.
He spent a while going off on a tangent about Trump’s minor prompter issues, but then went on to say Trump used “one of my favorite talking points” about Clinton: how much money she got fraom speeches to big banks.
Limbaugh brought up whether Trump’s speech would hurt Clinton with millennials and said, “By the time they see this, is it gonna open anybody’s eyes? We don’t know. Time will tell.”
