Twitter Goes Into Complete Meltdown Over Cohen-Manafort Bombshells: ‘Literally Just Too Much News’

You guys seen this? Read about this? Heard about this?!

That’s right folks, I’m talking about the news — all the news that is BREAKING, specifically in and only in all-caps.

Between Donald Trump’s campaign chairman Paul Manafort being convicted and the president’s longtime personal lawyer Michael Cohen pleading guilty, Twitter was ablaze with talk of all the bombardment of news.

Manafort was found guilty today on bank fraud charges and other financial crimes and Cohen’s plea was over eight charges of breaking campaign finance, banking, and tax laws. On top of all this, Cohen admitted to working directly with then-candidate Trump to pay off two women who allegedly had affairs with him — which could mean the president violated campaign finance laws.

Check out the complete Twitter meltdown that occured after facing all this news. Pundits, journalists, and other notable tweeters posted everything from “We Didn’t Start the Fire” remixes to voicing regret over returning from paternity leave too early.
