WATCH: Protesters Shouting ‘Vote You Out’ Confront Mitch McConnell Outside a Kentucky Restaurant
Protesters confronted Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell on Saturday outside a Kentucky restaurant.
It all happened when McConnell was walking outside the Bristol Bar & Grille in Louisville, according to the Courier Journal.
Chants of “vote you out” are heard on the clip. A protester is also heard asking, “What are you doing to get the babies back?”
Another one calls the Senator a “turtle head.”
McConnell does not appear to react to the protest and instead simply gets in his car and leaves.
After the protest, the Louisville Democratic Socialists of America tweeted out the video with the caption: “Powerful people like Mitch deserve no peace while they enable the imprisonment of babies in concentration camps.”

Just last month, McConnell was caught by protesters while leaving a dinner at Georgetown University. The protesters then played audio of sounds of crying separated migrant kids published by ProPublica.

In February, protesters also held a die-in outside of McConnell’s Kentucky home.
