With Ratings Wins, Bret Baier Cements Position As Top Fox News Performer

Cable news ratings, December 22, 2010:

•On Fox News, rising star–and quiet ratings power player–Bret Baier had a strong night Wednesday, coming within 136,000 viewers of Fox’s top dog Bill O’Reilly, who had 1,924,000 total viewers. The strong night for Special Report outperformed Glenn Beck, Shepard Smith, Sean Hannity and Greta Van Susteren.

•Rachel Maddow ruled the non-Fox News ratings Wednesday, with 268,000 viewers 25-54, besting all other shows on MSNBC, CNN and HLN.
