Only Reagan, Clinton and GW Bush are noted as best or worst in any context. None of the clowns running or may run can possibly win against President Obama.  One of many reasons why is that the party will be (and already is) so divided that none of the candidates will have a GOP mandate. (None of them have had much more than 30% of the vote so far and they seem to take turns weekly)  Also, one of the disgruntled losers may take a swing at a 3rd party campaign and widen the division even further.

If war happens with Iran, gas prices will soar to $10 a gallon in the US, and rations will begin.    It doesn’t seem worth flexing the muscle.    However, if Iran actually builds a nuclear weapon, one has to wonder if they wouldn’t attempt to use it, or if it’s just talk and bluster from Iran.     Israel has 10 times the nukes than Iran…and Iran knows it.    It doesn’t seem logical that Iran would use those nukes (regardless of the religious zeal) to destroy anybody.    Perhaps they just want to be an acknowledged nuclear power.     Pakistan (a muslim country) has had nukes for quite some time and have not used them on their mortal enemy India.    Just a thought.

Those scientists had no background in actual study of the climate, making their claims on the subject worthless. Scientists that actually study climatology are virtually unanimous that global warming is being caused by humans burning fossil fuels. And I don’t care if you were stationed in Germany, the fact that you imagined a connection between the overthrow of the communist government East Germany and Reagan giving a speech two years earlier doesn’t mean the connection actually exists.
