DOJ Reportedly Granted Immunity to State Dept. Staffer Who Set Up Hillary Server
The Department of Justice has reportedly granted immunity to the State Department staffer who set up Hillary Clinton‘s private email server.
Bryan Pagliano worked for Clinton in 2008 and served at the State Department while she was Secretary of State, and months ago records showed he set up her private server in 2009.
Well, The Washington Post reports tonight that the DOJ is granting Pagliano immunity as the FBI investigation into the email server continues.
Months ago, Pagliano had not been directly linked to issues of classified material in the emails. One anonymous law enforcement official said he is cooperating with the FBI.
The Clinton campaign said in a statement, “As we have said since last summer, Secretary Clinton has been cooperating with the Department of Justice’s security inquiry, including offering in August to meet with them to assist their efforts if needed.”
