Fox News’ Geraldo Rivera on Alex Jones: ‘Hang Him By the Balls’

Geraldo Rivera celebrated the legal woes of conspiracy theorist Alex Jones on Friday, after the Infowars head saw his attempt to dismiss a defamation case brought by Sandy Hook parents thrown out of court.

Jones is being sued by the parents of Noah Pozner, a 6-year-old killed in the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting in 2011.

Jones and Infowars repeatedly claimed the mass shooting, in which 20 children and six adults were killed, as a staged “false flag” attack. He was denied by Judge Scott Jenkins of the 53rd District Court in Texas in his attempt to dismiss the defamation case filed by Noah’s parents, Veronique De La Rosa and Leonard Pozner.

NBC News host Megyn Kelly, who interviewed Jones last year, responded to the news on Twitter, calling it, “A huge win for the Sandy Hook families, and for decency.”

Geraldo Rivera, Kelly’s former colleague at Fox News, also celebrated the news — but in his own way.

“Agree with Megan,” he wrote in response to Kelly. “Hang him by the balls.”

The Pozner case is one of three defamation lawsuits against Jones filed by families of Sandy Hook victims.
