Jeanine Pirro Rips Sessions in Off the Rails Opening Statement: ‘Dithering, Unsure, Insecure, Uncertain’
Judge Jeanine Pirro did not mince words about Attorney General Jeff Sessions’ Department of Justice during her Saturday night opening statement.
In a warm-up to her interview with President Donald Trump‘s lawyer Rudy Giuliani, Pirro went on an epic rant ripping the Department of Justice and accusing Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein of being part of a conspiracy — one that has long been debunked — that links Hillary Clinton to uranium sales.
“So why does Rosenstein even have so much power? He has irrefutable power,” Pirro opined. “More than the president himself some would say because he convinced a dithering, unsure, insecure, uncertain, spineless, timid attorney general just appointed by the president to back off and renege on his duty to run the Department of Justice.”
She then suggested Rosenstein’s interest somehow was actually tied into a case allowing Hillary Clinton to sell uranium to Russia.
“Lo and behold, Rosenstein who has his own bias against Trump, having just a day earlier been rejected by Trump to run the FBI, his interests though is far beyond that job. His interest is to protect his handling of the case, ultimately permitting Hillary Clinton to get approval to sell 20% of America’s uranium to Russian interests.”
